The recognised Danish designer Louise Campbell has, with the Cammeo porcelain series, created art which can be used for every day storage. The series is designed for Holmegaard’s Kähler brand and consists of three modern idiom pots.
‘Cammeo is a wonderfully well designed and produced pot series which can be used throughout the home. There are distinct references to the Chinese style in which pots are stacked on top of each other. The mixture of the rubber and porcelain materials is also well thought out’, the prize committee explains in their nomination.
The pots have a taut design, can be used in a multitude of ways and can be washed in a dishwasher. The Cammeo series includes three different sized pots. Six rubber bands in modern colours are supplied with each pot. The recommended retail price is DKK 249, DKK 269 and DKK 299 respectively.
